Who pays the taxes and duties?
All applicable order taxes and duties—including sales tax or VAT, import duties and customs-clearance charges—are covered by us. You will not be charged additional tax at checkout or delivery. Shipping is separate and follows our published shipping policy.
Can I order now?
Prices are in USD and you can add items to your cart. Checkout opens when connected; if online payment is not yet available, the cart says so clearly. Adding items does not place an order.
What is included with a piece?
Read the details and contents on its product page. Props and unlisted accessories in styled images are not automatically included.
What do the symbols mean?
The symbolism pages separate cultural context from our contemporary interpretations. Inscriptions, colours and motifs express ideas and good wishes, not guaranteed effects.
Are the pieces temple-endorsed or consecrated?
We do not make temple-endorsement or consecration claims for this collection. Scenic imagery is an artistic interpretation.
How do I care for the ceramics?
Until product-specific care is confirmed, gently hand wash and dry thoroughly. Avoid sudden temperature changes, impacts and abrasive cleaning.
Where do you ship?
Shipping is free from $59 in merchandise after discounts to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.; below $59 it is $9.90. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are excluded. Ask about other destinations and delivery timing.
